Heron Bay is the first Taylor Morrison Sunbridge neighborhood and one of the first Orange County Sunbridge new construction communities, bringing Taylor Morrison new homes to Orlando just east of Lake Nona. Taylor Morrison has announced about 526 single-family homes on 32-foot, 50-foot and 60-foot homesites, with 16 floor plans from about 1,750 to 3,997 square feet. Homes are advertised from the mid-$500s. Final pricing, floor plans and release dates have not been published yet.
Heron Bay is part of Sunbridge, Tavistock's master-planned community southeast of Lake Nona, which spans both Orange and Osceola counties. It is a different neighborhood from Weslyn Park and Del Webb Sunbridge, which are in St. Cloud in Osceola County. Heron Bay is in the northern, Orange County portion of Sunbridge with an Orlando 32832 address. It is not in St. Cloud and not within Lake Nona itself.

Location
Heron Bay, in Orlando, FL 32832, sits in the Orange County portion of Sunbridge, east of Lake Nona near Innovation Way, SR-528 and SR-417. That puts it a short drive from Orlando International Airport, Lake Nona Medical City and Lake Nona Town Center, so it's one of the newest options for buyers who want new homes near Lake Nona. For new construction near SR-528 in East Lake Nona, it's worth a look.

Taylor Morrison has advertised Heron Bay as coming soon, with sales expected to open in late 2026 to early 2027. Model homes and home tours are not available yet, and pricing and floor plans are subject to change. Request updates and I'll send you details as Taylor Morrison releases them.
